On November 21st, construction of first engineering of 1# bearing platform of Chishui River Bridge-Ecological Environment Improvement Project of Surrounding Infrastructure of Weihua Uprising Museum undertaken by Ningxing Communications Construction Co., Ltd, has been commenced. Concrete of 1# bearing platform, 865m3 in total, has been placed and completed by 3:30 am on November 21st.
As for massive concrete engineering in Winter, measures shall be taken for insulation of concrete in Winter and preventing concrete from cracking. Therefore, all involved construction personnel of project management have paid much attention to construction first bearing platform engineering. All units and working areas work coordinately together in good order, carry out construction in strict accordance with technical instruction and construction scheme of first engineering and prepare specific precaution measures for issues that may occur during process of construction. In order to prevent concrete from cracking, circulation water pump with cooling pipes are applied for decreasing temperature to ensure temperature difference of internal and external concrete shall be not more than 25℃; Push-type continuous pouring construction shall be applied to ensure that bearing platform could be formed at a time. Through inspection, all technical indies conform to design and specification and appearance quality of concrete is in good conditions.
After commence of construction, project management have always paid much attention on summarizing experience, optimizing construction process continuously and facilitating construction progress on conditions that quality and safety are guaranteed so as to ensure setting-up of arch ring support could be completed as scheduled for providing support for construction of upper structure of bridge.
